I think the quality has dropped. In the morning between 7 a.m. and 8:30 a.m., the banks are empty, no choice but for breakfast. This doesn't make you want to buy when in most bakeries it's full. Several times I have bought choux pastry and the dough does not seem to be fresh. I mostly come by in the morning and not enough staff to serve. And otherwise original but very expensive products. While the quality has declined. Pay attention to the cleanliness of the premises. Sorry for these comments but it is to improve.
