Since the change of ownership, which happened quietly, the cream puffs that made the bakery famous are no longer available. Several other personal favorites, including the cinnamon roll, have also disappeared. I'm disappointed with the new flans, which have a floury texture, and the whole thing seems mass-produced.

It's a different bakery now, Ma Boulangerie, a different chain, and therefore different products. The new bakery might be very good, I'll see, but I'm just so disappointed... They used to have amazing products and were always so friendly, sniff. I wish them all the best in bouncing back 🌷. Update May 18th: Thank you for your very helpful reply! It's a shame that the number of cream puff flavors offered has been drastically reduced recently (only 4 instead of at least 10 previously). We used to come quite regularly specifically for that.

Perhaps it would be a good idea to offer vegetarian sandwiches? A simple tomato and mozzarella would be enough to please everyone.
To clarify, I should mention that you do make focaccia, with goat cheese and Emmental, but the experience isn't quite the same.
