I came yesterday, Monday, August 31st, after a small problem with a sandwich. I was very well received by the manager and staff, and everything was resolved. Thank you for the complimentary pastries.

Since the change of ownership, which happened quietly, the cream puffs that made the bakery famous are no longer available. Several other personal favorites, including the cinnamon roll, have also disappeared. I'm disappointed with the new flans, which have a floury texture, and the whole thing seems mass-produced.

It's a different bakery now, Ma Boulangerie, a different chain, and therefore different products. The new bakery might be very good, I'll see, but I'm just so disappointed... They used to have amazing products and were always so friendly, sniff. I wish them all the best in bouncing back 🌷. Update May 18th: Thank you for your very helpful reply!
