The idea is excellent, the selection is extensive, and even the small portion is quite substantial. I couldn't finish it all. If you wish, you can ask them to heat the rice and pasta before adding your own ingredients. Give it a try; it's very enjoyable, and the staff at Hôtel de Ville are very welcoming and friendly.

I ate at Salad Bar yesterday and was very satisfied. The dishes were delicious, fresh, and prepared with great care. The service was excellent; the staff was welcoming, attentive, and very professional. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a quality meal in a pleasant atmosphere.
