The setting, service, and food were excellent. I would go back more than once!

We chose to have lunch at Comptoir de l’Evesque on Saturday because we appreciate chefs with the "Maître Restaurateur" designation... and we weren't disappointed. The setting is lovely and the dining room is very bright. The welcome was warm and friendly, and the service was attentive, provided by the same person. We opted for the €45 set menu and were surprised by such good value for money. The quality was excellent, and the portions were generous! Congratulations to the chef and thank you for the fabulous cheese trolley (it's so rare). A truly excellent restaurant that we highly recommend.

We ate at Le Comptoir de l'Évêque; there were two adults and a baby. The restaurant is tastefully decorated. We received a very warm welcome. The waitress was very pleasant and always smiling, and the owner was also very friendly, attentive to his customers, and very caring. A high chair was provided for our baby. As for the meal, we were delighted from the aperitif to the dessert; both the quality and quantity were excellent. As you can tell, go there without hesitation; you'll have a wonderful time. Each dish was delicious, perfectly executed, and beautifully presented. You can sense a real mastery of the cuisine, with expertly prepared ingredients and perfectly balanced flavors. That day, the waitress and the chef were working alone, yet the service was impeccable: smiles, efficiency, and flawless pacing… A fine demonstration of professionalism and passion. We loved spending time in this warm and authentic place. It's a restaurant we wholeheartedly recommend to anyone looking to enjoy delicious food in a welcoming atmosphere.

This has been our favorite restaurant for three years now, and for good reason! The food is absolutely delicious. Everything is fresh, homemade, and seasonal. The portions are more than generous; you'll never leave hungry! 😄 They are truly passionate about what they do, and it shows in the presentation and the way the flavors are combined on our plates. A special shout-out to Chloé, who always greets us with a smile and is so helpful!
