We stumbled upon this place after checking the reviews on Google. And we weren't disappointed 😊 A lovely menu, with some rather elaborate dishes. I had the beef fillet with the chef's sauce, which was excellent 🌟 And a generously topped Dame Blanche with a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream! 🍨 Pleasant service in a relaxing setting.

I had trouble digesting the shrimp crumble appetizer; there was something wrong with it. I'm certain it was the appetizer because someone with me also got sick, though to a lesser extent, while dipping breadsticks into my dish. The service was adequate, except for one waiter who couldn't be bothered to stop talking about his social media accounts and the Sauve story while we were having a personal conversation. Lovely evening in a very pleasant setting

A mixed experience at this restaurant. The starter, a large bagel with gravlax salmon, disappointed us: the salmon was practically nonexistent, and the lemon whipped cream was far too overpowering, completely throwing the dish off balance. The hand-cut steak tartare, on the other hand, was excellent, perfectly seasoned, and very enjoyable. The quail fillet was cooked beautifully; the meat was tender and flavorful. However, the chestnut sauce lacked character: too much cream and not enough chestnut flavor, which didn't enhance the dish. The trompe-l'œil dessert didn't impress us. Visually, it resembled a piece of Gruyère cheese more than a dessert, and it was far too sweet. A more pronounced citrus note or a fresh fruit salad would have provided the necessary balance. On the other hand, a real plus for the service: the waitress was very pleasant, smiling, and particularly attentive throughout the meal.
