Comptoir des Halles sur Troyes

I made a reservation for a group of 19 people on Saturday for lunch. Everything was perfect. The dishes are excellent, the service efficient with lots of attention so that everyone can be satisfied. Everything is homemade and the restaurant is well located in the city. Thanks to Christophe, the boss and his son for his kindness and responsiveness. I recommend 100%.

An excellent address in the city center of Troyes, near Les Halles. The cut of beef on the menu is super tender, the fries are homemade and crispy as can be, and the sauces are homemade (we especially liked the pepper sauce and the chaource sauce). Gourmet coffee is a good compromise for tasting several desserts. The lost brioche is magnificently good. A good place to go for a friendly meal with quality, homemade products.

Ah, this man is a little sad. His restaurant looks good, but the astral way he greeted us was deplorable. I said to myself: come on, we'll give him a chance, and he really tried to be nice, but he didn't succeed. Not so bad, we'll go elsewhere, but why try to be active in this sector?

Les commentaires sont le reflet de ce que nous avons découvert. Une excellente table, un accueil sympathique et une terrasse bien ombragée. Portion généreuse pour le dos de lieu noir et poivrons très bien cuisinés et goûteux. Andouillette excellente. Une bonne adresse où nous reviendrons !

Dopo aver girato il centro di Troyes in lungo e in largo senza trovare un ristorante disponibile, siamo arrivati in questo bel ristorantino molto accogliente. La dolce proprietaria, con suo figlio e suo nipote sono stati davvero squisiti. Si sono scusati perché il piatto del giorno indicato nel menù non era più disponibile, ma siamo comunque rimasti molto soddisfatti del filetto di manzo servito con patate fritte, la Cesar salad e un'insalata con pomodorini confit. Il tutto a prezzi molto ragionevoli. Consigliamo vivamente questo locale a tutti quelli che dovessero passare per Troyes.

After touring the center of Troyes far and wide without finding an available restaurant, we arrived at this nice, very welcoming restaurant. The sweet owner, with her son and grandson were truly exquisite. They apologized because the dish of the day listed on the menu was no longer available, but we were still very satisfied with the beef fillet served with fried potatoes, the Cesar salad and a salad with confit cherry tomatoes. All at very reasonable prices. We highly recommend this place to anyone passing through Troyes.

Lunch on the terrace this afternoon. We have lunch there with good, well-cooked local products. The service is also very friendly and pleasant. A very good address.
