A wonderful discovery at Les Petites Auges! The cuisine is generous and the cooking is masterfully executed. I thoroughly enjoyed the perfectly cooked egg as a starter (the combination of bacon and croutons is a timeless classic, perfectly executed). For the main course, the flank steak was superb: piping hot and cooked to a perfect rare. The homemade gratin dauphinois is divine. A must-visit if you're in the area!
Excellent place, from the food to the service, everything is perfect; lunch there is always a very pleasant experience, the chef's cuisine varies daily.
A very good, unpretentious restaurant. On Saturday at lunchtime, they had calf's head with gribiche sauce. It has the wonderful aroma of traditional cooking.
