A wonderful discovery at Les Petites Auges! The cuisine is generous and the cooking is masterfully executed. I thoroughly enjoyed the perfectly cooked egg as a starter (the combination of bacon and croutons is a timeless classic, perfectly executed). For the main course, the flank steak was superb: piping hot and cooked to a perfect rare. The homemade gratin dauphinois is divine. A must-visit if you're in the area!

All the dishes are beautifully presented, generous, and truly delicious. The service is efficient, and the owner manages everything brilliantly. A slightly out-of-the-way restaurant, discovered by chance in a small village. Packed on a Thursday at 1:30 pm, who would have thought?? Because the food is homemade, and very good. Today, generous portions of chicken parmentier with gizzards, or filet mignon with chorizo ​​sauce, with desserts including chocolate/walnut rice pudding (very nicely presented) or apple crumble.
