Comptoir Gourmand sur Courseulles-Sur-Mer

We had lunch there today and were greeted by a warm and energetic waitress! The food took a little while to arrive, but I think it's a small team. However, the wait was worth it, at least for the food. I had a whole sea bass with vegetables; it was absolutely delicious, the fish was cooked perfectly, and the quality was excellent. I don't regret ordering an extra side of fries; they were simply DELICIOUS. My partner had the turbot fillet, which was superb, with a very good sauce and the fish was also cooked perfectly. We were a little less impressed with the desserts. I found the pastry of the strawberry tartlet not golden/crispy enough, and the pastry cream wasn't smooth enough; I don't know how to describe it, it was kind of lumpy. The ingredients are fresh, and it shows. The quality/price ratio is good considering the location. We recommend it for a successful lunch! 👌🏻😇

A lovely little restaurant where it's always a pleasure to stop. The welcome is always warm and the food is delicious. The owner loves his work and it shows in his cooking. Whether it's the savory crepes, the homemade foie gras, the meat, or the fish, you're in for a treat. Excellent value for money. So don't hesitate.

We were looking for a restaurant. We stumbled upon this gem; it was busy. We reserved one table outside and one inside, and we didn't regret it. The men had a great time chatting with the waitress. She was a cheerful and very efficient young woman. The food was excellent. Everything was perfect.
