Comptoir Gourmet sur Paris

28/08/2026: Impeccable food, service and atmosphere. Each dish is full of taste and precision, meticulously prepared and executed with elegance in taste. Other three star restaurants have dishes that compete with each other, but here, the chef paints a story, with a beginning, crescendo, climax and an ending, all in a very comprehensive way. The pigeon was so perfectly prepared and paired that the only way to describe it is that we tasted what was described at the restaurant scene in Matrix 2, ( if you know, you know). The wine pairing not only elevated each dish, but made each one complete. We look forward to returning soon!

04/08/2026: A fantastic team, experience, welcome, and attention to detail! The excellence of French gastronomy; from the dishes to the tableware, the setting, the service, the welcome... everything is superbly orchestrated, and the special care given to guests is exceptional. A huge thank you to Faustine, Celia, Chef Maxence Barbot, and his entire team—the cooks, the servers, all the staff... every note of the orchestra is played to perfection. I must also highlight the outstanding contribution Chef Barbot makes to his desserts. Having a sweet tooth, I am completely captivated by the performances he and his team deliver to this restaurant and its guests. I was already familiar with the Chef before Le Bristol, and it's a pleasure to rediscover him in a 3-Michelin-starred setting, especially at Le Bristol, where the attention to guests is truly exceptional!
