Three of us had dinner at this restaurant and were overall delighted with our experience. The dishes ordered - the butcher's cut, the beef carpaccio, and the gnocchi with chanterelles - were not only delicious but also beautifully presented. A small downside, however: the plate of gnocchi initially contained only two chanterelles. After pointing this out, the waiter brought us a whole bowl, which corrected this little disappointment. The atmosphere is also pleasant, with open kitchens allowing you to see the cooks at work. Overall, a very positive experience.

Flavors and pleasures await you. I had an exquisite time with my partner as well as with the person whose welcome was warm and communicative. Go there with your eyes closed!

Being passing through, we are very satisfied, we will come back with pleasure Very warm welcome, very good quality homemade cuisine, to repeat without problem with friends in the region who did not know this nice restaurant, I highly recommend without hesitation.

Small, friendly restaurant in the old town. Welcoming and professional restaurateur couple. The dishes are delicious, a plus for the chocolate dessert. We will happily return there 🤗

Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment au comptoir Saint-Michel un mardi midi. Le rapport qualité-prix du lunch est incroyable, les mets sont fins et les saveurs originales. Le personnel est efficace, attentif et très agréable. Un petit trésor niché au creux de Nancy que nous recommandons vivement.

Très bonne table, très bons produits très bien cuisinés, mais le service extrêmement long, 25mn avant prise de commande, nous sommes parti sans café car personne n'est venu et la sensation de devoir partir vu la musique à fond mise dans les cuisines. Du coup dommage...mais pas sûr d'y revenir...

29/08/2024: The Charles 3 is a very pleasant place to go for a drink or even to eat I've been coming here for almost 7 years, I've seen this place develop and I've never been disappointed, the quality of the drinks is always at the top, the catering side, frankly, they quickly found their identity and we put in place place a quality standard 😁 the prices are reasonable given the quality of the products offered in their dishes as well as on the bar side. the employees do a good job, they are generally smiling even if some should question certain ways of speaking to customers or making jokes in bad taste which are not done in business. but fortunately the whole team is great and their boss is at the top, listening to his employees as well as the customer, he can be proud of what he has created and of what their companies have become since the creation of the Charles 3 👍👍 If you are looking for a place to go for a quick aperitif with friends or have a nice restaurant, don't hesitate, you will not be disappointed.
28/08/2024: This is the 2nd time that we have come with my husband... Everything is excellent, both the cuisine and the very friendly waiters and we will come back.... I highly recommend
