27/01/2026: Hello, I'm a little disappointed. I ordered eggs meurette, but the sauce wasn't the usual red wine sauce; it was white. I think it was white wine, or something like that, but it's usually good, which is why I order it every time. I was very disappointed by the sauce. I asked for a second glass of Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil. The first one was perfect, but the second one had some kind of crystals in it. I pointed this out to the waitress, and she just put it on the counter where we pay and nothing else. They could have at least apologized and told me they weren't going to recommend it, or given me a tiny bit more from another bottle. I don't think you serve the last of the bottle in a glass to a customer. I thought it was a €6.50 supplement for the meat, but it's for the sauce, from what I understand. You might say, "But if it's a €6.50 supplement for..." The sauce was expensive. I didn't see the owner or the little gentleman who's usually at the entrance and who didn't greet us when we arrived. I think the owner wasn't there, and while the cat's away, the mice will play. I heard three remarks from a not-so-friendly waiter. I'm sorry, I don't know if I'll go back. Hello again. I see the customer is wrong. If I had known, I would have taken a picture to show you the sauce. Every time I've come to your place, it's been real red wine sauce, and this time it wasn't. Someone had already come, and it was full of that. I didn't think it was true, and now I realize it is. And as for the wine, we don't serve it from the bottom of the bottle. I'm sorry, I go to enough restaurants to know. But since I see the customer is wrong, I won't advertise you anymore. It's a shame because I used to enjoy eating at your place.
