Comptoir Vaugirard sur Paris

We were there as a family of 4. The rooms are too small for that. Sleeps 4 and there is no room to move. We couldn't put our suitcases away properly or unpack them because there were only 7 coat hooks and very little storage space. Otherwise the rooms were clean and order was made every day. Used shower towels were changed regularly. Shower gel and shampoo were replenished. The sink was very unsuitable for children. They couldn't get to the soap or the tap. You had to help them every time. We had a room at the back of the courtyard (so not on the street). There is currently a construction site there. Still, it was relatively quiet. I found the breakfast very good. Large selection and it was always refilled. It was our first time in Paris and all I would have liked was a map or information in the room. Otherwise it was a pleasant time.

We stayed in the executive suite, the room was very lovely and spacious just what we wanted as we had 2 young kids. The carpets in were very stained at many places throughout the room. Also the bathroom door looked very stained, however the bathroom was very clean and very well looking from inside. My toddlers milk request was fulfilled every time and that made our stay very relaxed. The hotel felt very modern and we felt very happy entering it after our busy day outs. Overall an amazing experience.

I would like to share a different experience of Novotel Paris Vaugirard Montparnasse and its wonderful staff. As a German living in Paris for more than 8 years now, I have always had the impression that this city and its inhabitants are often stressed, and sometimes lack empathy and solidarity. The hotel staff made me radically change this view today. I regularly come to the hotel cafe to work, it is bright and spacious, with comfortable chairs, wifi, power points and excellent coffee. I'm also a working parent, and today I came here to write emails and sip a latte, while my older daughter took her dance lesson and my younger daughter slept in her stroller after two days of disease. At 4:30 p.m., I realized I was late to pick up the eldest and rushed out the door. Realizing it was cool outside, I put on my sweater, placing my backpack on a chair outside next to the entrance to the street. In the rush of the moment, I forgot my bag on the chair. Everything was in there: my laptop with my recently defended doctoral thesis, our family photos, my work. As is often the case with young children, the day continued to be hectic until after bed I realized I didn't have my bag. In shock, my wife called the hotel to find out if a backpack had been found, while I quickly drove through the nighttime Parisian streets to retrace where I had been today. You can't imagine the relief when the people at reception told him they had found him! When I arrived to collect it, thanking them for keeping it, they told me that it was a given and that that was empathy. Today I would like to thank Océane, who I am informed found the backpack and took it to reception, and the two receptionists Ramsija and Jeffrey for their kindness. Two things I think can be learned here: There is more empathy in this world than we sometimes think. And: I will never see Paris the same way again.

Very nice hotel. Very clean and modernly furnished. Great staff, very friendly, great service. The location of the hotel is fantastic, right next to the metro. Absolutely recommended 👍🏻👍🏻

We stayed at this hotel for the Easter holidays. The hotel is very well located, close to the Metro stop. We were particularly struck by the cleanliness and quietness of the rooms. Breakfast includes both savory and sweet foods and is very complete. The internal restaurant offers good service at a fair price and the roof top bar with a view of the Eiffel Tower is appreciated.

The novotel Paris Vaugirard Montparnasse is a very atypical place, the architecture is minimalist, especially on the 7th floor. At the top, you will find: Seb (the manager), Dorinel, Théo and Constance (the bartenders) who are always available and very pleasant :) We highly recommend.

Very nice service and nice rooms

Cant thank you enough for a great stay, amazing food , outstanding service. Itravel a lot and i am very difficult person but you guys made it easy for me and my family, for sure we will be back . Thank you again for everything .
