A delightful treat on a rainy day, a warm welcome, charming and attentive staff, a cozy atmosphere in the lounge, tranquility and charm made for a very pleasant moment, with homemade chocolate and refined teas... not to mention the pastries and waffles which are well worth the trip, all for a very reasonable price... don't hesitate, go to Serge Clavel, you won't regret it... a gourmet's word.

A true VISUAL FEAST, this tea room combines refinement and creativity. Taken care of by Camille, we spent a delightful moment amidst the sweet and colorful flavors of this unexpectedly magical place. Hot chocolate, rooibos infusion with ginger and lemon, and other sublime treats.

What can I say about Clavel? Simply perfect, except perhaps for the location. But the quality and customer service are top-notch, absolutely nothing to complain about. It's an integral part of Carpentras' history and definitely worth trying (the prices are a bit high, but the quality is perfect).

Excellent chocolates and delicious candied orange peels. I also really enjoyed the candied fruit. Thank you to Sylvie for her kindness at the Clavel stand in the Leclerc shopping center and for her advice.

A great place to spend a pleasant time. In the summer I go there for their ice cream, especially the Carpentrassienne with its generous amount of strawberries. In the winter, it's the Nutella waffle that makes me swoon.

A very well-organized shop, open on Sundays, with all sorts of sweets: calissons, fruit jellies, candies, candied fruits, meringues, chocolates, cakes, ice cream, strawberry syrup, and berlingots. I had the pleasure of visiting in November and left with a full load. My only complaint is that the strawberry syrup bottle is difficult to open. A must-visit shop with a very pleasant terrace for enjoying a coffee.

09/12/2025: We stumbled upon this establishment by chance and discovered a luxurious and almost intimate place, with a very pleasant, chic decor. Everything was perfect, from ordering to payment. The cuisine was refined and delicious, the waiter was very friendly and full of kind words, and the convivial and pleasant atmosphere was an integral part of our experience. Thank you to the whole team, and keep up the good work—it's fantastic!

A relaxed welcome, friendly service, and the pleasure of rediscovering authentic, high-quality French cuisine. No showy presentation here, no dishes that require a magnifying glass to examine! Everything is cooked to perfection, using fresh, seasonal ingredients. It's only natural to choose this little gem for a healthy meal! Excluding drinks, the daily special is around €15 and the full menu is under €25...enjoy your meal!
