Confiserie Clavel sur Carpentras

Hello everyone, Clean establishment, well located and offering a wide range of quality products. I have tasted many products (ice creams, gouffres, cartons, chocolates, hot drinks, pastries, etc.) and, to date, I have not been disappointed. Concerning the service, the staff is courteous and welcoming, however, they are quickly overwhelmed during busy periods. In fact, as soon as the terrace fills up, there is panic on board, they refuse customers, and the waiting time lengthens. I have already been refused access (even though there was space on the terrace) on the pretext that they were overwhelmed and completely underwater. In addition, and still linked to training, order errors are not rare. I think we need to work on training in order to further professionalize staff. Finally, I find that the prices remain a little high... In summary, a nice establishment with great potential.

A must for sunny days in Carpentras. A large selection of ice cream, the taste is there. The only downside is that although the prices have not changed much, the quantity seems to have decreased. But it remains good value for money.

After a walk in town and a visit to the tourist office to plan the next outings. A stop at Clavel, where ice creams of all flavors from the simplest to the most exotic will satisfy our gourmet taste buds as well as our eyes.

LE MEILLEUR ETABLISSEMENT À CARPENTRAS SANS HÉSITATION Premierement, l'etablissement est une institution Carpentrassienne où tout ce qui vous est proposé est fais maison. Le service est également tres qualitatif, bref on s'y s'en bien. Nous y somme allés à 6 un samedi aprés midi, malheureusement la terrasse etant remplis, (ce qui nous conforte dans l'idée de nous dire que l"établissement est extremement solicité) mais un jeune homme tres sympatique nous à permis de trouver finalement une place pour nous installer et deguster leur tres celebres glaces/sorbet Deuxiemement en nous appretant à partir nous avons offert quelques friandises à nos locataires qui se sont empressès d'apres leurs dires de les deguster tres rapidement, bref Un etablissement à la hauteur de leur réputation ou nous y retournerons les yeux fermés.

Ontstellend lekkere ijscoupes hebben ze hier! We kamperen een weekje in de buurt en moeten ons beheersen om hier niet elke dag een dessert te nemen. Super!!
