So I stopped with no other expectation than to quickly grab a salad, like in any other chain where they barely say hello and rush through customers without a shred of humanity. Imagine my surprise when the person serving me displayed exemplary politeness, unfailing kindness towards every customer, and a level of service that's simply unheard of these days!
