The bar itself is good however I find that the term "cat bar" is far from appropriate, there are only 3 cats very distant from the tables

This place has it all! Adorable felines welcome you to this warm space. Upstairs, you have a range of board games suitable for all ages for your greatest pleasure. The service is impeccable, friendly, and fast. The dishes are excellent and generous. Good value for money. And so many other qualities that I couldn't name them all. In short, Cozy Lunch cat bar is an essential place to spend time with family or alone with adorable furry companions. I will come back with great pleasure ♥️♥️

I especially like the cats as an autistic person and the place I like but just the staircase with my shoes hanging on the end bar I had to fall in short otherwise the food was good but a little expensive for what it is but otherwise overall it was good

Pleasant place for a gourmet break. Very good service and welcome from the team. Surrounded by decor that reminds us of good memories and the presence of 3 cats who feel at home!

The best bar in Rouen! The drinks are delicious and the atmosphere incredible, a great world. The service is top notch. To relax there with cats, board games and a good snack! I recommend!

Wij waren op zoek naar een leuke plaats met vegetarische opties. Cosy lunch is een heel toffe locatie , zeker met de katten. We hebben lekkere galetten gegeten. De man (wij veronderstellen de baas) was zeer aangenaam en vriendelijk, de dame was dat een stuk minder. We hebben ook wel lang moeten wachten op ons eten. Maar de vriendelijke meneer heeft dit subtiel goedgemaakt. Wie een hippe plaats zoekt met lekker eten en vegetarisch/vegan opties, dit is een aanrader.

Excellent address which offers delicious crepes in a very well presented retro geek setting. It is even possible to play board games. Very nice place in the heart of Rouen next to the cathedral.
