Such a gentle chef… the name shall not be Coté Cour but Coté Cœur ❤️❤️❤️

The service was impeccable, welcoming, and attentive from beginning to end. The decor is superb and creates a truly pleasant atmosphere. We were served in four courses. The dishes were generally good and well-presented. However, some lacked balance; too many flavors or spices were mixed together to the point that some overpowered others, and it was difficult to distinguish what we were eating. This is a shame because the ingredients seem to be of high quality. The cuisine would sometimes benefit from being a little simpler to better showcase the ingredients.

A pleasant time spent in the courtyard of this restaurant. Professional service and refined, high-quality dishes. The flavors and originality are truly exceptional. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed.

On Cours Mirabeau, the Côté Cours restaurant is an absolute must-try. The warm welcome and professionalism of the servers are noteworthy and greatly contribute to the quality of the meal. The setting is refined. The open kitchen showcases the chef's culinary expertise. The dishes are beautifully presented, the food exquisite, and the flavors perfectly balanced. The bread is excellent! Everything is carefully selected to delight our palates! The only drawback: the tables are too close together, and there are a number of menus to choose from/create your meal from.

From the moment you arrive, you feel at ease, with genuine attention paid to the customers and a true passion for their craft. The quality of the food is remarkable: perfectly balanced, expertly prepared flavors, meticulous work that respects the ingredients, without unnecessary frills. Here, there's no fuss, just authentic, generous, and flawlessly executed cuisine, where every dish has meaning. All this is offered at an exceptional price-quality ratio, which is all the more appreciated and, unfortunately, has become rare in Aix-en-Provence these days. You leave with the feeling of having experienced a truly wonderful moment, both personally and gastronomically. 👏 A top-quality establishment that we highly recommend and where we will gladly return.

A mixed culinary experience. The foie gras appetizer was not at all enjoyable. The corn waffle was overcooked and therefore inedible—burnt and crumbly—and the foie gras was grainy. The confit lamb shoulder was very dry. On the other hand, the truffle mashed potatoes were delicious! The service was excellent; the staff were lovely! In short, we won't be back. 😐

Excellent New Year's Eve meal. Great atmosphere and good service, no complaints. A restaurant to recommend for a great culinary experience in Aix-en-Provence.
