“Slow and sad service.” I withdraw my opinion and clearly modify my stars... I put this opinion in the first minutes of the evening, in a hasty manner... because the service was a little long at the beginning.. but it followed quickly afterwards and the The contents of the plate were of a very good standard. My apologies for this unjustified opinion, rest assured if at the time of paying I had still had any dissatisfaction you would have seen and heard it. I always say what I think, even when I am wrong in my first opinion. This is why it was important to me to reconsider my opinion. Congratulations on the work of your entire team. Une belle expérience gustative : des saveurs harmonieuses et changeant de l'ordinaire, un jardin intérieur très joli et inattendu, une présentation des plats qui donne faim. Le service est agréable mais comme pour tout restaurant qui fait maison, il faut y consacrer un certain temps donc pas l'idéal pour les clients pressés. J'ai adoré aussi le dessert mélangeant crème au caramel, crumble de noisette et poire à la vanille, ces saveurs se marient merveilleusement bien. Une adresse à recommander qui vaux le budget alloué.

Une excellente adresse à Saint-Martin. Servis par deux jeunes, tous deux très professionnels (très appliqués et de bon conseil), nous avons passé un agréable moment tout en mangeant des produits de qualité. Nous étions à l'intérieur car plus de tables disponibles à l'extérieur (pensez à réserver quelques jours avant si vous désirez manger dehors), mais le cadre était très sympa ! Le seul bémol que nous pourrions noter : la porte qui reste parfois ouverte et qui peut déranger les tables proches de la porte.

Adresse à ne pas louper lors de votre passage à St Martin ! La cuisine y est excellente avec des plats fait maison. Le service quant à lui est irréprochable avec de bon conseils et une équipe professionnelle et sympa. Nous avons passé un très bon moment. Bref : nous reviendrons, merci ! 🙂

04/09/2024: Superb address. So of course, it may seem a little expensive, but then.... It was divine!!! If you like fish, you are in for a treat!!! We got 140€ for 2 for a starter, 2 main courses and a bottle of wine (a phenomenal amount of wine choice), but it was worth the price.
03/09/2024: What a beautiful table 🤩 The best restaurant we've had since our stay on the island 👍🏼. A big congratulations to the chef 👍🏼 We sense a passionate chef behind his stove. I have never eaten such a good skate wing 😋We had a great time 🙏😋. And to top it all off, a smiling and very friendly service. What more could you ask for...🥳🤩 Thank you and well done again. A beautiful restaurant far from the hustle and bustle of the port 👍🏼

Bar De La Baronnie

21/09/2024: We spent a few days at the Baronnie in September, we were very well received, the staff were friendly and gave very good advice. Steven gave us good advice on small restaurants and activities to do, thank you very much, it was very pleasant! The hotel takes great care with kind touches. The breakfast is complete and very generous. The hotel is quiet and very well located, a stone's throw from the port. With the parking it’s a real plus. The rooms are unusual and pleasant. Thank you it was a good time
24/08/2024: La Baronnie was an excellent choice for our first trip to Île de Ré. Its prime location, combined with beautifully renovated rooms and impeccable service, made our stay truly enjoyable. The hotel's recent renovation ensures that everything is fresh and modern. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the cleaning staff do an excellent job maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. The hotel's lovely garden provides a peaceful time for everyone to relax and enjoy the sunshine or shade. The friendly and helpful staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. While our stay was overall fantastic, the only downside was that our room had windows facing the road. The noise from passing by people made it a bit difficult to sleep. We recommend bringing earplugs if you're sensitive to noise. Despite this minor issue, La Baronnie remains a highly recommended hotel for those visiting Île de Ré. Its combination of location, comfort, and service makes it a great choice for a memorable stay.
