Excellent tasting menu with extraordinary flavors and textures.

We had a wonderful dinner. The dishes were sophisticated and flavorful. We really appreciated the restaurant's approach; the chef, who was with us throughout the meal, even acted as sommelier, and asked about our taste preferences at the beginning to ensure he could tailor the menu to everyone's preferences. When I told him that bisque wasn't my cup of tea, he offered me a different dish of langoustines than the other diners. I found this very original, and we loved this thoughtful and personalized touch. We were particularly impressed by the meagre with cockles, rice, and nori! The trainee in the dining room also did an excellent job, being attentive and professional. He even played a game with us at the end of the meal, which we enjoyed. Our only slight reservation concerned the desserts, which we found less impressive than the rest of the dinner.

It was an experience we had for our taste buds and eyes tonight...the excellence of the flavors, the marriage of textures, enhanced by subtle and surprising variations...a warm welcome and atmosphere, in a setting combining sobriety, elegance and modernity....thank you for this discovery.

There's a great deal of work and research on the plate, all designed to surprise and delight the palate. The dishes are flavorful, easy to digest, and fresh. It's a guarantee of discovering a unique cuisine, bold compositions whose combinations are always a success. A flawless and meticulously crafted experience from start to finish. Fantastic fine dining location. Great food, great venue, and the dish creativity was top notch. Staff and chefs are all friendly professionals, and take care with recommendations and food preferences. They cater extremely well to vegan/vegetarian, however I recommend informing them 2+ days in advance so they can put together something special for you, as they source all ingredients locally.

My wife and I went there for dinner and we weren't disappointed, neither by the warm welcome nor by the quality of the dishes, which were well-presented and delicious. The service was impeccable, their homemade bread is to die for, the sauces are fabulous, and the chef even comes to see you. In short, we had a wonderful time.
