The feast for the eyes and the palate is always guaranteed, with quality ingredients, generous portions, exquisite finesse, and stunning flavor combinations. The team (restaurant and hotel) is incredibly helpful, attentive, and offers excellent advice. Over the years, this establishment has cultivated a warm, welcoming atmosphere. A wonderful stay! By making a point of not influencing each other, the four of us agreed: The rooms are small but very pretty and well laid out, with top-of-the-range bedding. The restaurant has made it into our top two Michelin-starred establishments. The cuisine is very subtle, the local produce is truly showcased, the sauces are exquisitely refined, the desserts are very creative, not too sweet, and very flavorful, and the entire meal is consistent with the warm welcome in the dining room. A remarkable place to which we will return as soon as possible from our home in Lot-et-Garonne.

A well-deserved star, both for the discovery of new flavors and for the professionalism and kindness of the staff. The chefs and cooks work their magic right before your eyes in a silent ballet. The dishes are a delight, from the aperitif (on the terrace) to the final dessert. There were four of us at the table, and we couldn't choose a favorite, as every dish was delicious, accompanied by sauces with delicate flavors and aromas, offering some wonderful surprises. Dishes are prepared with fresh, local produce. The service is friendly, attentive, and professional, and they listened carefully after asking about our allergies and dietary preferences. A truly enchanting experience from beginning to end for everyone at our table (who are accustomed to Michelin-starred restaurants)!
