Very nice welcome! Maxime is a sommelier who speaks of his wines with tenderness. Very good table! The bluefin tuna sushi is a must-have. The “trust” menu is a succession of incredible surprises. Sunday in March. For lunch.
Delicious, fine, friendly. Surprise menus. Discovery option for us is 4 courses food and wine pairing. Large meal. Everything from the bread to the softened butter is local. This is what we were looking for. Farandole of textures and colors. Horseradish cream and squids with wine. The escarole and Jerusalem artichoke cream which accompany the Salers matured for 45 days is tender.... Light desserts with lovely freshness, even the chocolate one. All this accompanied by finely selected wines (Burgundy this time) from limited productions. Special mention to the sommelier for responding to our curiosity.
Not at all stuffy atmosphere. Wooden tables. Without tablecloth for more naturalness. Cutlery of choice made locally.
We intend to come back to discover the dishes from the spring or summer menus.
