10/08/2026: A perfect culinary experience from start to finish. A harmonious blend of flavors, textures, and temperatures, all contributing to exceptional quality. Creative cuisine without ostentation. An exceptionally welcoming and professional team. The cooking is perfectly executed, like the sweetbreads that are crispy on the outside and meltingly tender on the inside. Desserts to die for, such as the marinated raspberries or the chocolate tuiles. Thank you, ladies and gentlemen, for this wonderful experience, and I assure you that this first visit will not be the last.

07/08/2026: Excellent lunch at Maison de Pierre for our wedding anniversary. We received a warm welcome and were attentive throughout the meal. Our preferences were respected but also challenged, much to our delight. Special mention for the rosemary focaccia! Many thanks to the entire team.

The location is excellent—set amidst the lush, green surroundings of Hasparren, offering a peaceful atmosphere while still feeling well connected. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The food was a highlight, with delicious Basque flavors that felt authentic and thoughtfully prepared. A lovely place to relax and truly enjoy the stay.

22/03/2026: A beautifully decorated room, with many thoughtful touches upon arrival (Basque cake, complimentary drinks in the refrigerator). The peaceful Basque countryside. A superb breakfast with the chef personally bringing the eggs and bacon – very classy!

13/05/2026: (Bar-restaurant review) Passing through Hasparren with friends for the weekend, we stopped for a drink and enjoyed it so much that we went back that same evening for dinner. We had a wonderful meal. A family-run establishment where you feel right at home (despite some minor "rugby-related" disagreements ;-) ). We'll definitely be back if we're ever in the area again!

13/06/2026: We're so glad we stopped here! Even arriving late at lunchtime, we were served a lovely salad—a generous and fresh plate that was just what we needed on this hot day. The owners are very friendly and offered an option for me, as I don't eat meat :) Thank you! 👍🏼

16/05/2026: I highly recommend it, the best pizza in the Basque Country! The welcome and service are impeccable, just like the pizzas, without exception. Nice setting with parking available; in short, when you're craving pizza, this is the place to go!
