Great stay at this Hilton. Travelling with twins is stressful as can be but the staff here were very friendly and always accommodating. It’s a great location with things to do near buy. There’s a huge Westfield shopping mall. The hotel is a 20 minutes train ride from the all the touristy locations.

Great location, clean and cosy rooms and excellent customer service. Special thanks to Malika and Enzo at the front desk and the girls at the restaurant ( sorry forgot the name). The restaurant Muses is very nice to have dinner.

Comfortable stay ! Hotel location is next to the Tram, underground & RER train network so it’s easy to travel. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of fresh meats & juices.

It's in a shopping mall so it's closed at night. I couldn't go to school.

Séjour impécable le weekend dernier, une qualité de service au rdv. Hôtel situé dans un centre d'exception géré par une équipe très professionnelle ! Je reviendrai vite !

Great for us as a family of 4 with 2 smaller children. Great to have the mall right there, and the train into the city center right underneath the hotel was super convenient. The hotel room was nice an spacious and for a family of 4 this gave us a great place to rest and recover after exploring Paris during the day! If you are going to Paris with 2 smaller children I would highly recommend the hotel.

Hotel is really nice, bit dirty but everything was great. I definitely enjoyed my stay and all the food on breakfast.

The location is located in a Mall, few rooms have a view outside. the rooms are very spacious for the Parisian average. Very clean, good and big beds.

The complex and entrance to the hotel is currently under renovations and not easy to get to. We took the train thinking it will be an easy walk…. Not so! My advice is take a taxi and even then it is a bit of a walk. Room service could be better - didn’t replenish the tea bags or water. The room faces into the hotel atrium so don’t expect to see sunlight. On the up side, the room is quiet if the workman are not working outside. The service at the restaurant for breakfast was very good.

20/09/2023: Dommage l'équipe a totalement changée et l'accueil a été plutôt glacial. Le service un peu long mais notre serveur débutait donc cela peut se comprendre. Malheureusement dans l'assiette ce n'était pas la joie non plus ce soir comparé à mes autres visites: Galette trop cuite avec un goût de cramé, bacon sec et datant peut être de la veille mais pas agréable, pour les dessert choix de crêpes avec framboises mais aucune framboise sur nos crêpes remplacée par des fraises pauvre en goût en même temps compréhensible en septembre mais nous n'avons pas été prévenu lors de la commande qu'il n'y avait plus de framboises, plus de glace vanille non plus, je ne sais pas comment c'est possible, pas indiqué non plus a la commande... Bref malgré les 30% thefork ce soir le compte n'y est pas du tout, c'est malheureux car mes précédentes expériences étaient bonnes... Du coup je ne sais pas si je reviendrai car si c'est comme ce soir c'est clairement à éviter
22/07/2023: Bon restaurant, service rapide et sympathique, tarif adoucis avec les 30% TheFork, un petit 50% ne serait pas de refus et là complètement imbattable même par rapport à un fast food. A refaire avant un ciné
