My experience in the beginning was to be honest sonewhst mixed, but then „Nicolas“ and „Luisa“ from the front office (supported by the front office manager) made a difference, so I decided to provide a good review. Sometimes, unexpected things might happen, but what matters then also is how relevant stakeholders deal with the situation and they did outstanding.. Merci beaucoup.

A very convenient stay at the Hilton La Défense, easily accessible, with spacious and very comfortable rooms, and the Muses restaurant is beautifully decorated. The staff is very friendly, especially Abdel Kader at breakfast who was very attentive to my two-year-old daughter and me, even though I was pregnant.

We spent two nights at this hotel for my sister's birthday and were absolutely delighted. We were completely satisfied. The staff were 100% friendly, the receptionists were excellent, and Paulo was very helpful during our stay. I highly recommend it! 💯

Well located hotel sitting above a transit hub (RER, métro) for easy access and within a Westfield shopping centre (so find all you need from Carrefour to Pierre Hermé). Parking accessible easily to avoid Paris trafic. Service is impeccable. We called prior to arrival and the reception staff was polite and helpful. During the visit the staff was very welcoming to kids with play kits. There are books for kids in lobby. Quite a lovely surprise! We will be back!

I spent six days at this hotel, which has a magnificent location close to shops, restaurants, etc., with excellent access to public transport (RER, Metro, etc.). The room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. There's a gym on the 5th floor. The reception staff were friendly and professional. At breakfast, the staff were welcoming and professional, and Abdelkader was incredibly attentive—a big thank you to him, and also to Aurélien.

10/04/2026: The welcome was very good, but the burger was a bit disappointing. The meat had a strange taste, like it was poor quality or cut with another type of meat. The fries were good, though. The portions were good for the price; the burger was generous. However, it was impossible to find an up-to-date menu online when ordering takeout, so we kind of guessed by phone. But when we arrived, there was a huge selection. It's a shame the menu wasn't available (the menu on the website and in the Google Maps photos was incorrect).
25/03/2026: Excellent, juicy burger cooked to perfection. Delicious fries.
