A very good restaurant offering local produce, well-prepared with sophisticated flavor combinations. The value for money is excellent (as a Belgian, I find it incredibly cheap for the quality offered). The staff is very friendly and welcoming; I highly recommend it!

There are tapas and then there are tapas. These are the kind we love. Perfectly cooked, seasoned, with quality ingredients, all served in a pleasant setting. The service is impeccable and the atmosphere is warm. I highly recommend them.

A wonderful discovery in Collioure!
Nestled on a charming little street, the Vermeil restaurant is a true gem. The tapas are original, prepared with great care and flair. The welcome is particularly warm, with a fine selection of carefully chosen local wines and spirits. The owner is very welcoming and contributes to the restaurant's convivial atmosphere. The warm and tasteful decor makes the experience even more enjoyable. A must-visit!

Excellent restaurant with an incredible atmosphere and a fantastic chef who prepares exceptional cocktails and delicious tapas.
It's hard to say what the highlight of the evening was: between the amazing food, the rum, and the impeccable service, everything was absolutely perfect.
The chef's expertise and mastery of the different spirits are also very impressive.
I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a place with good vibes, excellent cuisine, and outstanding service.

Recommended by lovers of good drinks, I went there and will return.

An ideal place to spend a pleasant evening with friends or family. The tapas are very good, something to please everyone. We particularly fell in love with the Catalan espuma dessert, which is a must-try! From the start, we were warmly welcomed in a warm setting and immediately put at ease. The server was super friendly, funny, and gave very good advice! A more than successful evening!

In a quiet little street, we were warmly welcomed in a pretty patio with warm colors. The tapas we shared were delicious, prawns, roasted eggplant, clams, anchovies and peppers... a treat. An address to remember among the abundant offer in Collioure.
