Cote Saveurs sur La Chapelle-Saint-Mesmin

Lunch, April 4th. A very warm welcome, the waiter's excellent presentation of the menus immediately piqued my interest in trying the different dishes. Beautiful combinations of colors and presentation made for a true delight for the taste buds, all in an enchanting setting. Highly recommended restaurant, reservations required.

The staff was very attentive, which was lovely. The dishes were beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. A special mention for the Arctic char meunière, which I highly recommend (it was my dish 😉). We had a very satisfying family dinner. Be aware that the menu may seem small, but it's actually quite generous. I recommend it.

Following a first visit to Côté Saveurs which went remarkably well, I decided to return. Overall, the food remains consistently high quality. However, several issues arose regarding the service, primarily: - lead was found in the pheasant. The waitress's curt response stated that it was perfectly normal to find lead in this animal, which comes from hunting. It raises questions about the normality of finding such an object on a plate in this type of restaurant, and the way she phrased her response without addressing our comment. We certainly won't be returning a third time, for fear of finding a fishhook in the fish, and especially for not wanting to bother the waitress about this oversight.

A good restaurant very close to home

Family birthday lunch. A very good, high-quality meal, worthy of a gourmet restaurant. There was just a slight wait for our starters, but it was very busy. The staff were pleasant. We will gladly return.
