What a pleasant surprise at Côté Sud! The welcome is warm and the service is truly excellent. As for the food, it's delicious and, above all, very generous – you definitely get your money's worth! A rare find in Menton that I wholeheartedly recommend.

A great find in Menton! The restaurant was excellent from start to finish, including the bread and wines. The only downside was that the side dishes were extra, which was a shame. I highly recommend this restaurant and we will definitely return.

A truly wonderful discovery in Menton. Côté Sud impresses with its natural elegance, never ostentatious, and above all with its Italian-inspired cuisine, evident both in the dishes and the warm welcome. The menu is well-balanced, intelligently conceived, and perfectly suited to the kitchen brigade's capabilities. The ingredients are carefully selected, and the wine list, featuring selections from both sides of the border, complements the menu beautifully. Having experienced Chef Mauro Colagreco's cuisine, expectations are high; yet here, everything is just right. The food is sincere and flavorful, supported by efficient, attentive, and genuinely kind service. Special mention goes to the tiramisu, whose richness borders on the deliciously sinful.

We came to celebrate New Year's Eve at this restaurant. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. The tables were a bit cramped, with some rather unpleasant customers in front of us, making it difficult to move. The outside of the restaurant felt a bit cold, with some customers not closing the door behind them and the servers not checking. The food was good, except that we didn't have caviar in our last course. Since we weren't sure if it had been mentioned and the dish was starting to get cold, we only pointed it out when they came to clear our plates. I even have a photo of the dishes to prove that it wasn't there. At €45 a course... we were told we should have mentioned it at the beginning. Disappointed, no compensation was offered despite a €300 bill for two. It's a shame; we won't be back.

We've been coming regularly for 18 years and have never been disappointed by the food, the atmosphere, or the service. I highly recommend this impeccable restaurant. The Porte family and company 😘
