I recommend this restaurant 200%. The setting is magnificent, nestled among the vineyards. There's a wide variety of choices on the menu. The dishes are excellent. The staff is very welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The live music was a lovely addition, creating a wonderful atmosphere during the meal.

All good. We had to send the chicken back on the grill, but otherwise the surroundings were so pleasant that it made up for the small mistakes.

Cote Vignes is much more than just an authentic Provençal restaurant with a high-quality cuisine. It's an antropological place, with a own cultural and social identity. Yes, the food is delicious, traditional and freshly preperared - a true gastronomic feast for a good price (the brick-oven Pizza, only in the weekend, is extremely tasty and one of my favorites). But the place above all truly evokes the 'lieux', the characteristic couleur locale, of the region. The heavenly scents and flavors of the grill and typically southern sounds of the Provence, the beautiful decor - a serene and remote rural location on the route Lafare, near the impressive Dentelles de Montmirail and between vineyards - and lively atmosphere (sometimes there is even music in the garden). The service of the staff is also excellent - very friendly, jovial, sharp-eyed and empathetic. Coco - the owner - is just a lovely person, who shows great and personal interest and attention in all her guests. Every summer I visit Côté Vignes several times during my vacation (at the charming Chambres d'Hôtes "Au Soleil du Bonheur" in the pittoresque village Lafare, on walking distance from the restaurant) and I experience a kind of exalted joie de vivre, thanks to all of aforementioned elements. To paraphrase the famous writer Joseph Roth: visiting and having diner at Côté Vignes, on a sultry summer evening, is like coming home in 'Le pays enchanteur de l'été éternel'.
