I came in simply out of curiosity for lunch, and I left with fantastic news for all pregnant women: A 100% vegan alternative to fish, and honestly… what a treat! You don't realize how frustrating it is not being able to eat everything you want during pregnancy. Besides having truly delicious sushi, the team is passionate, friendly, and lovely. Excellent sushi and coleslaw!! Very good poke bowls but would also be excellent if the mango and mung beans were also fresh. Not to mention their unique sushi-colored sauce! Couleur Sushi is our must-try for Japanese cuisine in the area.
