Passing through the area and being fans of Japanese cuisine, we relied on the excellent reviews of this restaurant's food and we were completely satisfied. The ingredients were high quality, the portions were generous without being excessive, the salmon wasn't too fatty like you often find in Japanese restaurants, and the service was top-notch. Remember to call ahead to place your order rather than going directly, as the dishes are made fresh to order, so there might be a bit of a wait. Thanks again for this fantastic Japanese meal; it was the perfect end to a great weekend for us! We'll be back!

We've switched from supermarket sushi to Couleur Sushi. And there's no comparison in terms of quantity and quality of fish. It's so much better at Couleur Sushi! Always welcoming, good value for money, the only thing missing, in my opinion, is the option to order and pay online. In any case, you can go there without hesitation. 😌
