The staff is welcoming, attentive, and professional (it's always a pleasure to be served by staff who understand the proper etiquette of table service). The menu is clear and well-structured. The food is of high quality, both on the plate and in the glass (or bowl). The portions are generous and flavorful. Looking for a crêperie during our vacation, we chose La Cour Sarrasine. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, both the daily specials and the custom-made crêpes. The quality of the ingredients, the original and perfectly balanced flavors, and the expertly cooked crêpes made it a delight! I confess I don't understand the few negative reviews left by other customers; I seriously suspect a misunderstanding (did they go to the wrong place?). Whether original or classic, sweet or savory, the crêpes are exceptional! To top it all off, the welcome and service are very friendly. If we find the time before we leave, we'll be back!

Words fail me to describe the experience! It was an explosion of flavors in my mouth; the quality of the galettes is exceptional. You can even create your own custom galettes, which is quite unique. The setting is lovely, and the staff is very friendly. I couldn't wait to go back, which I did the very next day! Since I was in the area, I wanted to make the most of this place. As you can tell, I highly recommend it!
