Courcheneige sur Saint-Bon-Tarentaise

I met Mr. Pizzaiolo, a monster in his field, excellent pizza, and too cute! 🥰

The rooms are old and small, with outdated decor and low-quality materials, making the space feel cramped. The pervasive smell from the creperie throughout the hotel was very off-putting. The entrance is unusual, requiring navigation through walks and climbs. The food / breakfast is mediocre restaurant service is clumsy. However, the ski room and staff were exceptional. The location directly on the slopes is a a great plus, offering a charming mid-mountain ambiance. The lobby / bar area is also good. There is a need for a shuttle to access the town, not available on Fridays, and the overall value for money left room for a lot of improvement. Hotel could really use a redesign. Despite its excellent location, the hotel's outdated features and lack of comfort affected my stay.

Thank you for such a lovely stay! We appreciate all of your hard work. The staff at the hotel could not have been more accommodating, right from their patience in explaining ski lift passes to us to providing us with hot milk at 3am for our toddler. Your approach is kind, thoughtful and friendly. I would like to especially thank the concierge team who helped us on and off the shuttle bus each day. They made our stay so special with their expert knowledge and kindness, thank you once again we look forward to seeing you all again next year! From the Ganatra and Ravat Family.

Nous avons eu du mal à repartir après ce très bon moment et les Génépis offerts. Un repas aussi délicieux que l'accueil et le service d'Amanda. Nous reviendrons vite !

Amaaaazing breakfast. Dinner I do not advice they dont do room service. But location and view and hotel is fantastic. Everything else is good. Check view of my room

After stopping at Hotel Courcheniege during our skiing day, we were pleasantly surprised by the cosy atmosphere in Bar 1957. A friendly staff member immediately greeted us and escorted us to a table. The bar doesn't serve food, but we decided to stay for lunch at the hotel's restaurant, which turned out to be a great decision. The portions were generous, and the presentation was impressive. We highly recommend it!
