Hello, the food was excellent. The only major problem, in my opinion, was the 30-minute wait to be served, which I found a bit excessive. Also, the staff lacked a smile.

We received a warm welcome and were immediately offered a table suitable for our stroller. (They even spontaneously offered to warm up a bottle for our child.) The food was good and the service was quick.

The service was incredibly slow. We were a party of four adults and one child. We arrived at 12:15 PM and ordered four aperitifs, one children's menu, one three-course menu (starter, main, and dessert), and three three three-course menus (main and dessert). The aperitifs and starters were served reasonably quickly. However, at 1:30 PM, the children's menu item hadn't arrived. I asked for it, and was told there were other tables... which was true, but they arrived after us, and it was for a child. Our main courses didn't arrive until 1:45 PM! The desserts were also very slow to arrive! We left the restaurant at 3:30 PM.

27/08/2026: Craving some good sauerkraut, I went to Les Trois Brasseurs. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the sauerkraut at Les Trois Brasseurs. The cabbage wasn't particularly flavorful, but it wasn't bad either; the sausages were bland; the potatoes were boiled and tasted like it; the rest of the meat was very good. My wife had an Italian flammekueche, which was delicious. Perhaps I should have done the same. Otherwise, the atmosphere is nice and the staff are friendly.
19/08/2026: Very nice place with friendly, knowledgeable, and fast staff. The portions are very large, so I recommend ordering a little at a time, as you risk not being able to finish them and the bill can quickly balloon. The beer is good.
