A superb discovery, an unusual and charming place. Cathy and Yann were kind and attentive. We had a wonderful weekend.

We had our wedding there in August 2025. The venue has a lot of charm: a small courtyard with a well, a pretty garden on the edge of the Trieux River, which was an ideal setting for the secular ceremony. The rooms (approximately 35 seats) are comfortable, although the wedding room wasn't specially designed. The venue is also large and generally elegant, perfect for dinner and dancing. However, plan for a bit of decoration and keep the number of restrooms limited. The owner's cuisine is exquisite (special mention for the strawberry cake), and having this offer included in the estate makes planning much easier. In short, Kermodest was a dream setting, and our guests were also delighted. For future brides and grooms: be sure to inquire about the estate's rules to keep in mind (opening hours of the venue the day before, end time of the evening, pool opening conditions). We had to work around them, but the end result was perfect. We recommend this place which was quite simply the most beautiful place seen during our research in the Côtes d'Armor.

My husband and I stayed there for three nights: exceptional location, beautiful heated pool, pretty and well-equipped room. We stayed in a beautiful hotel room located on a peaceful, green estate. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the natural surroundings made our stay particularly pleasant. An ideal place for those seeking peace and relaxation. Cons · We chose this hotel because of the attractive photos of gourmet dinners, but unfortunately, it was not possible to dine on-site. A real disappointment, especially since the culinary experience was one of the main attractions for us. Breakfast was quite basic: supermarket-quality bread and croissants, jams, but no savory options like cheese, cold cuts, or eggs—which one would expect from an estate of this standard. Furthermore, there were no lounge chairs around the pool, which made relaxing more difficult. In short, despite the charming setting and the potential of the place, the whole thing gives off an impression of faded splendor.
