Crep'Chignon sur Cornebarrieu

The galettes and crêpes are good, made with quality ingredients, but the prices are quite high for a crêperie. The outdoor terrace is nice. The service is unusual, not very friendly or welcoming. It's not a particularly comfortable place to be.

It's a very strange place. First of all, the food is excellent, kudos to the kitchen. But the service and the setting are quite peculiar. There's a huge, expansive garden, but the cutlery and napkins have clearly been laid out for a long time, some of them yellowed. We also noticed the misting fans that keep everything cool. However, we found the service awkward and not very friendly. We felt judged (perhaps unfairly) for only ordering a half-pint of beer and a carafe of water. My wife then felt obliged to order an iced tea. During the meal, I mentioned to the waiter that the plates were difficult to lift: "Yes, that's why you could have helped me," he replied. In short, we didn't feel comfortable, which is a shame because the galettes and crêpes were delicious.

A restaurant just the way we like it: simple and delicious, with a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. In the summer, the outdoor café is lovely with its misting fans, and a quick game of pétanque helps with digestion. Try it, it's fantastic!

Nice place with a good atmosphere and excellent service. The crepes are quite good. Note that the bill can add up quickly.
