The crêpes are delicious and live up to their awards for best crêpe in Brittany, with thin, flavorful crêpes and original fillings of exceptional quality. Furthermore, the service was equally pleasant and efficient!

Not only are the galettes excellent, but the toppings are incredible! Original and absolutely delicious.

I decided to try the Noroit and I was very satisfied; the presentation of the crepes was lovely and they were delicious. Dogs were welcome, which was great. The only slight downside was the rather long wait that evening.

I found the crêpes, both savory and sweet, particularly delicious, subtle, and varied. The batter is thin, almost crispy, without ever being dry. The recipes are designed to allow the true taste of a crêpe to shine, rather than a heavy dish served on a base of buckwheat crepe. This is a deliberate choice by the establishment, one I wholeheartedly embraced: it truly deserves to be called a gourmet crêperie. My first savory crêpe was made with cod, julienned leek, Espelette pepper, and cream. The second featured scallops, pork belly, mushroom cream, and Emmental cheese. Both achieved the same perfect balance: a refined combination where each ingredient finds its place without ever overpowering the others. This is precisely what makes a gourmet crêpe, not just a simple meal, so special. The staff is warm and welcoming, and I will gladly return on my next visit to Audierne.
