The crepe was very good. The scallops were excellent, the crepe crispy, and the owner friendly. However, the waitress's smile was so overdone it was almost unbearable. She should find another job. What a shame.

Nice place and excellent cider. However, I was very disappointed with my galette: no filling inside, just a little smoked salmon on top and the equivalent of a teaspoon of sauce 😒

26/01/2026: The restaurant is nice, the dishes are varied, and the service is quick, but I won't eat inside again. The waiters are constantly running past you; I had at least four of them. It's not pleasant. They can do their jobs without running.

25/03/2026: Looking for oysters, we left another place because “the fishmonger was closed” and came here just around the corner in the backstreets of Vannes. Easy parking! Very small but busy. Excellent English and very gluten free-friendly. The best oysters we had on our trip. Delicate, briny but meatier. Very creative menu, beautifully executed. I had their take on Kig ha Farz, a Breton dish of hearty stew and gf buckwheat stuffing. Cod dish with spuds & cabbage was delicious too. Lovely, enthusiastically friendly staff at this delicious locally flavoured bistro off the beaten track. Go!
03/03/2026: A place that hasn't changed since the 70s. The restaurant offers a special menu on match nights: squid as a starter, pork knuckle or sirloin steak with homemade fries, and French toast for dessert. A real treat! The prices are surprisingly affordable considering the quality. Truly a pleasant spot for the pre-match ritual of RCV.
