12/09/2024: I like to eat, I like to cook and I think very highly of my dishes. It is the attention to detail and the understanding of the processes that make food really good. Local and fresh ingredients are important points and let me tell you, you can get all of them here. Pair that with excellent service, a beautiful ambience and you have “Chez Prosper”. I had the "Boeuf Bourguignon" and it was one of the best things I've ever tasted in my life, the BEST soup. I had tears in my eyes. Plus nice conversations with the staff and a very pleasant atmosphere. I would highly recommend a visit to anyone who is in the area. Thank you for this experience!
