A very pleasant and classy restaurant, magnificent setting, the dishes were more than delicious...high quality, simple and refined. The waiter was very charming.

Good dinner experience sitting out in the courtyard at night next to a beautiful sycamore tree. The small tables were cute but did not hold our plates and drinks really.
The dishes were good - risotto with large pawns, and a goat cheese salad. And the service was excellent. I'd try there again.

We received a very warm welcome.
The food was good; we had the seared tuna, which was perfect 👍
However, the mojito was a bit disappointing, but the chef offered us each a free coffee, a nice gesture.
The setting is very pleasant, shaded, and peaceful.

We had noticed that the restaurant next door was turning people away and that this one only had two tables occupied. We weren't disappointed. Very good service. Quick. The dishes met our expectations. Excellent seared tuna. Flavorful and original. The salmon tartare was elaborate but lacked flavor. The burrata salad was a good starter.

An address I wholeheartedly recommend! For me, they clearly serve the best tartares in Avignon. The team is lovely, super friendly, and welcoming. We had a wonderful time, both for the food and the atmosphere! And a special mention to the owner, who is truly kind and warm. Honestly, if you haven't yet been to Le Cloître, go there, you'll love it! I absolutely recommend it.

Contrary to all the negative reviews I've seen, we received excellent service (table of 6). The waiter was very welcoming, always smiling, and very cheerful! We were all satisfied with the dishes, from the meat and salads to the fish. The prices are reasonable for the food offered; we were delighted. Thank you again to the very pleasant waiter and the manager as well. You deserve more than your current rating. Keep up the good work!

Food was good, CASH ONLY. Cashier allowed us to pay in USD, but blamed a bad signal for POS machine. Based on reviews, this is apparently a problem going on 4 years?
