09/02/2026: My husband and I booked a room for one night. Upon arrival at reception, the service was great; the receptionist was friendly and gave us the room code. Once in the room, it seemed fine until I went into the bathroom and saw mold on the bathtub wall, a black stain that wouldn't come off on the toilet bowl, and dirty vents. I was shocked to see that the shower gel was in a soap dispenser, which is usually used for hands; I didn't appreciate that. Then I even checked under a purple light for bedbugs or any other signs, but thankfully I didn't find any. I found the room's atmosphere cold and depressing—white walls and ceiling—it was rather dreary. It was a bit expensive for what it was. If I had known, improvements wouldn't have hurt, for example, changing the room layout and the ambiance to make it less lifeless. I was disappointed.

20/01/2026: Overall, everything went well, from check-in to the room and breakfast. The only downside was the shower head, which didn't work and was quite inconvenient when showering.
