SIMPLE: the ultimate vegetarian spot that omnivores absolutely must know about, or risk remaining ignorant on the subject. Definitely worth a visit.

A very pleasant location situated right next to the water. On the menu, three creative ciabatta-style sandwiches with fresh vegetarian toppings. My wife chose grilled eggplant, lettuce, tomato, and goat cheese. I chose a variation with marinated cucumber, carrot, and bell pepper with hummus and sesame. Excellent flavor combination!! I give a 10 for freshness, a 10 for quality, and a 10 for the flavor combinations, and I am not exaggerating. A 10 for the quality of the homemade desserts: a chocolate cake and a fresh, delicious lemon cake. The coffee was French—not bad, but not outstanding. Add to that the friendly service. We had a wonderful time here. It doesn't always have to be complicated to be delicious. Congratulations to the young couple running this place. With three glasses of wine, we paid 42 euros. TOP
