Absolutely excellent, from the service to the food. The medium-rare steak is divine, and the dishes are superb. If you're looking for a quiet place with exceptional cuisine and high-quality ingredients, this is the place for you.

Superb place with a unique atmosphere. The owners are excellent and dynamic. The rum baba is unusual; you decide how much rum to add (I love the idea). Go without hesitation!

I highly recommend this restaurant. The chef truly elevates the art of cooking. The set menu (starter/main course/dessert) offered at €23 is more than just excellent value. You won't be disappointed by the exquisite flavors of the dishes, nor by the generous portions. From starter to dessert, it's a pure delight. Bravo again to the chef! The terrace overlooking the Cergy marina is peaceful and pleasant.

What a wonderful experience "Millésime" was! Passing through the port of Cergy, we had lunch there. A warm and attentive welcome, a quality menu and daily specials, beautiful presentation, all at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended...

DANS LES ETOILES

19/12/2025: The service, the food, the atmosphere—it was perfect. They are very welcoming and very pleasant.
07/12/2025: To start with the positives, the atmosphere was fantastic and the decor immersive. The welcome was very warm. The dishes offered seemed overpriced for what we were served. While they were beautifully presented and tasty, they didn't justify the price. We expected something else. The service was a bit slow. In conclusion, we had a good time but were left slightly disappointed by the overall cost.
