Creperie Fleur de Sel sur Gien

Small address to know and put in your favorites in Gien. The food is very good...I could have summed it up in just one word...a treat :)

Very good cuisine, generous aperitif. I recommend. Remember to book, there is an answering machine for that.

As a family, we recommend. It is better to book elsewhere [no offense to a few rude people] The kirs are excellent (try the royal one!) and the pancakes provided (andouillette). A delight. They go out of their way for the children.

I was won over on every point in this excellent creperie. Starting first of all with the brand, a charming little restaurant on the corner of the street, with a rustic and warm decoration. The warm and sincere welcome immediately put us at ease. The cuisine is simply excellent, with crepes and pancakes prepared with fresh produce. We didn't expect to find so many choices on the menu, and it took us quite a while to decide because everything appealed to us. The boss is very attentive, not only to advise us but also to chat a little. She is also very accommodating and was able to respond to our requests, and always with a smile. The dessert amazed us in terms of quality, both by its aroma and by its taste. Our visit is a bit old, but I seem to remember that we had a Squirrel with salted butter caramel and a Bounty with dark chocolate. It's good to find such a warm, family and pleasant restaurant. If you are looking to have a good time in a relaxed restaurant where the food is good, I highly recommend it, you can go there with your eyes closed.

Loyal for years. Very good cuisine, very pleasant restaurateurs. Very good pancakes and a salted caramel to die for. I highly recommend.
