The location is very quiet and the service is pleasant; most importantly, the crepes are high quality and delicious.

Edit: Updated comment following the crêpe maker's response. Removal of the term "canned tomatoes." Nevertheless, I maintain that the rougaille recipe is not perfected. My opinion is in no way misleading, as the owner claims. It reflects my own opinion. We told the person that the meal went well because it did. If we had mentioned the recipe, the written review would have been the same. The crêperie is located in the medieval village of Le Faou. The decor is simple and rustic. Old Breton stone! The crêpes are good. The price of the specialty crêpes is still quite high. The one with sausage rougaille is unfortunately not a rougaille. It's a sausage crêpe with a slightly spicy tomato sauce. It lacks the spices and essential ingredients that give it that distinctive flavor. Perhaps there's a little more work to be done on this recipe. Aside from that, the waitress was pleasant. We had a great time there!

It's always a great pleasure to go and enjoy crepes at the Crêperie "La Fregate". Everything is very good there and the welcome is extremely warm. And what's more, when you're offered a nice, hot apple crepe to take to your 103-year-old father who lives in the nursing home right next door, well, what a wonderful humanity!
