A wonderful experience at this crêperie. Both the savory and sweet crêpes are incredible. The burrata galette was so original and delicious! For dessert, the Caribbean crêpe was equally delicious. The young woman who served us was amazing. All evening, she juggled customers with a kind word, good humor, a smile, and efficiency. I highly recommend this establishment. I will definitely return if I'm ever in Sault again.

Lovely atmosphere, tables both inside and outside in the church square by the fountain, with no car traffic. Very nice. The crepes and galette were delicious, the service was friendly, and the prices were reasonable. We'd gladly come again; we were able to get in without a reservation.

11/08/2026: Excellent food with local produce, including vegetables, cheeses, and cured meats. The first courses are also good. Excellent location in the center of town. Fast and friendly service, run by young people. The only drawback is that they don't accept debit or credit cards. Cash only.
06/08/2026: Small menu with two set menus at €24 or €29, including a starter, main course, and dessert. Starters and main courses can be exchanged between menus (€26.50 per menu). Very high-quality dishes, delicious meals, excellent value for money.

27/05/2026: We had a wonderful one night stay. The hotel is traditional, in the most lovely position. The room was basic, but clean and the shower had plenty of hot water. The half board dinner was served outside and was excellent. Breakfast was taken in the interior dining room and was perfect. We we able to lock cycles in a secure garage which was a bonus. But the biggest asset of this hotel was staff. The most delightful Christel, who was so helpful and understanding and went above and beyond to make our stay a most pleasant one. Merci Beaucoup.
22/05/2026: If you're passing through, don't hesitate to stop at the Hôtel le Louvre with its magnificent market square; before or after your visit, you'll appreciate Mont Ventoux all the more! And Christel might even grant you the pleasure of dancing a rock 'n' roll tune! I certainly did... and I thank her for it, as well as for discussing accessibility and the OOrion app to make our travels easier!
