A wonderful discovery for our first visit to Sault. The welcome, service, cuisine, wine list—everything is worthy of a team of professionals. Don't hesitate if you're in the area. For those who are "bad at using their credit cards"...do as I did...before asking for a table...open your eyes...The ATM is fifty meters away...😉

Delicious, everything is fresh and homemade, excellent value for money, don't hesitate to go! Remember to book in advance or arrive early to be sure of getting a table. I enjoyed a roasted rabbit leg with a local chanterelle sauce, accompanied by a glass of white wine and a slice of lemon tart for dessert.

A wonderful evening at this authentic establishment run by a father and daughter. Their friendliness is genuine, a rare quality these days. The cuisine is unpretentious, with simple yet well-executed dishes, and a carefully curated wine list featuring excellent selections at very reasonable prices. You can tell that what you pay is truly reflected in the food and the wine.

I went to the restaurant because of the sign: No credit cards! The owner knew what he was doing. Friendly, competent service. The food was tasty and plentiful. A very extensive wine list.

27/05/2026: We had a wonderful one night stay. The hotel is traditional, in the most lovely position. The room was basic, but clean and the shower had plenty of hot water. The half board dinner was served outside and was excellent. Breakfast was taken in the interior dining room and was perfect. We we able to lock cycles in a secure garage which was a bonus. But the biggest asset of this hotel was staff. The most delightful Christel, who was so helpful and understanding and went above and beyond to make our stay a most pleasant one. Merci Beaucoup.
22/05/2026: If you're passing through, don't hesitate to stop at the Hôtel le Louvre with its magnificent market square; before or after your visit, you'll appreciate Mont Ventoux all the more! And Christel might even grant you the pleasure of dancing a rock 'n' roll tune! I certainly did... and I thank her for it, as well as for discussing accessibility and the OOrion app to make our travels easier!
