23/04/2026: The flavors are bold, meticulously crafted, both fresh and indulgent. You can sense the thought behind each dish, as well as a genuine sincerity. The mastery is evident: subtle balance, perfectly cooked, harmonious textures. Without a doubt, everything is homemade, and prepared with exacting standards.
We were delighted: sardines with marinated vegetables, as delicious as they were delicate, followed by kidneys in mustard sauce, perfectly executed—a generous, precise, almost nostalgic dish, yet without being heavy.
A vibrant, embodied cuisine, driven by a chef whose talent is as much evident as it is palpable.
If this review is missing a star, it's only because we'll have to return. For dessert. And to continue exploring the rest of the menu, especially the blanquette, this time with a glass of cider.
See you very soon for the fifth.
Bonus points to the charming and attentive waiter.
21/04/2026: The food was microwaved and served. It was a very plain, soulless dish. I had the fish soup and the fish of the day plate. Because it was microwaved, all the flavor was gone.
The only good thing I ate was the chocolate mousse. It tasted amazing. I don't think I'll come again. Maybe for dessert.
