Creperie L'Hermine sur Saint-Briac-Sur-Mer

A magnificent place... The staff are very friendly, the crêpes and galettes are delicious, and the setting is exceptional. I highly recommend this crêperie.

This crêperie is expensive, and always has been, but it's simply a coastal institution: 1 - The galettes are delicious, and above all, original and varied. 2 - The decor is elegant, which is rarely the case in a crêperie. 3 - The service is impeccable. 4 - The seating is very comfortable. 5 - The clientele is elegant and respectful. 6 - The opening hours are generous, and the person who takes reservations is pleasant and accommodating. 7 - The restaurant has an unobstructed view of a large and beautiful garden, which is very convenient for families with children. We've been coming since 2008 and returned two weeks ago at 8:40 pm and had a lovely time. Congratulations to the staff.

L'Hermine is a crêperie that doesn't look like much from the outside. Step inside and you'll discover an intimate decor, intended to be "chic," but which is actually a bit "pretentious" and doesn't quite fit the image of a crêperie (a completely subjective opinion, I admit). You'll find a very extensive menu, and you have to be well-off to afford a galette that's out of the ordinary. So stick to the classics. I tried a galette campagnarde, which was excellent! Truly excellent! But €13 for mushrooms… I'll let you be the judge. Beware, avoid the galette savoyarde; it's too salty! The staff is very professional and friendly, and the service is quick! Very pleasant. So, a crêperie that delights the residents of Saint-Briac, but which might disappoint purists.

Delicious and original crepes in an elegant setting

It's best to avoid the off-season... We went there on Friday evening, January 9th. There were three of us, and all three of us got sick.

This restaurant, recommended by locals, was a bit of a disappointment. The truffle galette (offered as a New Year's special) was very expensive, but the truffle flavor was bland. While there was a good quantity, the taste was so subtle that it was hard to believe. The service was impeccable. As the other diners ordered different galettes, I noticed that some of them had a much better flavor. So, choose wisely!

Reservations recommended, the restaurant was full. It's true that this crêperie is worth a visit. Original and delicious crêpe recipes. Excellent sweet cider. A slight misunderstanding regarding the scrambled eggs, which weren't quite scrambled. Expect to pay €30-35 per person, more expensive than usual for a crêperie. P.S.: The seashell-shaped sugar is a nice touch.

Disappointed with this crêperie. The setting is very pretty, but the prices are exorbitant for what you get on your plate. The galettes are good, but not exceptional—a bit bland and small. It's not haute cuisine; you could make it at home. We ordered a salad for 6 euros. What justifies that price? I don't mind paying as long as we're satisfied. I won't be going back and I won't be recommending it.
