15/02/2026: Lunch today, the sauerkraut was a very good dish, except it wasn't hot, which was a real shame, especially since there was only one microwave in the cafeteria and one near the cash registers, which wasn't enough in my opinion. Another point I noticed about the chicken service was the way the chicken was carried with tongs to the plate, which was about two meters behind, with dripping sauce on the floor. It would have been better if the plate had come to the chicken. As for the sauerkraut, the sausage was hanging out of the dish—very hygienic, isn't it?—hence the cold dish. There was a lot of carelessness, which isn't acceptable. Otherwise, the staff was pleasant.
