What a pleasant surprise to find a quality restaurant in such a touristy area! Good value for money, very friendly staff, and a very welcoming owner. Well done!

A wonderful restaurant.. laid-back, friendly service… delicious crepes and the Irish coffee is sublime… a great way to end our visit to Martel.. an authentic, beautiful village in the heart of the Dordogne…

This restaurant was a wonderful surprise! The staff is fantastic, the owner is great, and the atmosphere is lovely. We went for lunch on a Sunday; the terrace is shaded, and it's right next to the market. The food is home-style and excellent (the owner's wife and daughter are in the kitchen), and the confit pork is to die for. The owner recommended it so well that we all ordered it. And we weren't disappointed. A big thank you to the whole team from the tour guides! We'll definitely be back!

Sunday's dish of the day (old-fashioned pork) was excellent, despite it being a crêperie. Dessert: I ordered a Nutella crêpe, but it came with dark chocolate 😥 That was the only downside!

Very nice, generous and honestly topped salads, delicious crepes, a truly excellent gourmet coffee/tea (we even tried the absolutely perfect Irish coffee!), and really well-made cocktails... 👌👍

The place is lovely and the food is EXCELLENT, especially the duck confit with fig sauce, which is the best I've ever had. I highly recommend it, even if you have to go out of your way to get there!!

We tried this restaurant for the first time on July 4th and we can't even begin to describe how much we enjoyed both the savory and sweet crepes! A huge thank you to the owner and everyone behind the scenes for their hospitality and generosity. Thank you, Ludo, for your exceptional sense of humor! A restaurant you can visit without hesitation!

All the staff are friendly and cheerful. The food is delicious. We tried the slow-cooked confit pork, which was excellent, and the walnut crème brûlée, a wonderful discovery. The prices are very reasonable. Thank you for your warm welcome.

Excellent lunch at this family-run restaurant! We especially enjoyed the refreshing salad offered during the heatwave. The staff are very friendly :)
