13/03/2024: Excellent time spent with family for a joint birthday, the restaurant is a lovely discovery. Excellent cuisine, fresh products cooked to order. Perfect cooking for turbo and for meats. Very friendly staff. We will come back. Very fair price considering the quality. Thank you for this meal.

01/04/2024: A modern place in the square of one of the most beautiful towns in France, the complete menu with first, second and dessert for €30, all local products, good presentation and great combinations. Nice and attentive staff. If you want to eat well, top quality and in a beautiful and modern place, this is your place in Martel.
We only had one problem, and that was that the internet did not work in the entire town and we had to withdraw money from an ATM and we had to charge a commission, I understand that it is not the restaurant's problem but a pain, we would still return!

Without forgetting a very well mastered and precious cuisine with a menu that changes nicely over the weeks and from local producers and the season!....

17/01/2024: Great meal in a small street in Martel! We ate very well, the duck was tender and very tasty and the potatoes cooked in duck fat were excellent. This small local cuisine restaurant is definitely worth a visit if you are passing through. The waiter was nice and pleasant, however he lacked a little confidence and experience but that was not a problem because he wanted to do well which was very pleasant!

04/04/2024: We arrived with 10 people and the welcome was very warm, we were placed in a very pleasant little room upstairs.
The young team is dynamic, responsive and friendly.
Homemade cooking with regional products is very good for very reasonable prices.
I recommend this restaurant if you are in this pretty town of Martel.
03/04/2024: Great pizzeria restaurant!
We passed through here on a Saturday lunchtime out of season.
The welcome and service were both great! The pizzas are very good and very generous. The combination of ingredients is really mastered so that you have enough without having too much or not enough.
From Strenquels, we will definitely come back!

03/04/2024: Very nice establishment, very pleasant and available welcome. The room is spacious and comfortable, with a terrace. The proximity of several remarkable sites is a plus.
12/11/2023: Beautifully located hotel. We were and in the fall. Lots to see and do in the area. Part of France that was unknown to us, famous for its walnuts and the products made from them.

26/10/2023: On the street corner, we drink cold! Good beers and a very interesting wine list for this little bistro that tempts you!
As for the food, we ate there for lunch and dinner being from the region and frankly, we enjoy it every time!
The tapas are delicious: special mention to the fries and chicken tenders!
At lunchtime, let yourself be tempted by the bruschetta, the burger or the Caesar salad: we are not disappointed!
Very friendly boss!
We recommend!

We have come back based on opening times to find that it is closed. Very disappointed, website and Google not up to date. Also answer phone not stating that they are closed. Not good if you have driven here for a meal. As we have
25/09/2023: My husband & I went here last week Thursday after a super train ride. We were greeted with a friendly smile and shown a table. The young man serving us was super, and the food was delicious 😋. I was enjoying it so much I even ordered a G&T which prompted a wink from the waiter and my husband had a hot chocolate. It is a RESTAURANT so people going in just for a coffee or drink please don’t be rude and just sit and expect to be served.

18/10/2023: Very good restaurant, we had lunch there one afternoon and dinner one evening. Each time we have been satisfied! Very good products, good food, pleasant service.

I think this address is worth the trip in itself.
The wines, all organic wines, the sommelier (well the one who acts as one) has a knowledge worthy of the most qualified. Those who follow me know that I am an informed lover of natural wines. Here you have plenty of choice, and it is immense. But the sommelier knows how to guide, listen and tell the stories of these winegrowers in regions as diverse as Languedoc-Roussillon, Gaillac and of course the great southwest.
Moreover, he could not guess that I was listening to him knowingly (in fact many of these winegrowers are at least acquaintances, if not friends..)
But the cuisine is served with “organic” and local products. A great initiative too.
A complete 5-course menu that you can find individually if I can put it that way. You will thus control your gluttony.
I'll stop, you have to spend a moment here.

23/03/2024: Came to pick up a package at the collection point, I did my shopping to test it even though I live closer to Leclerc de Biars.. But what a pleasant surprise, enchanted by the fish department and by the very friendly saleswoman who is very good advice !

27/12/2023: We passed by this town one morning randomly on the road and were really not disappointed with the place. Regular café with a calm atmosphere, the owner was discreet and very kind and the croissants were very good. Great decor! It all makes the moment really nice.
13/08/2023: Very unpleasant boss who gives us the impression of bothering him and who does not respond when we speak to him, I advise against it

Restaurant Le Relais Sainte Anne

15/08/2023: Magnificent place with a superb park and a swimming pool, ideally located in Martel (3 minutes walk from the medieval village and its typical market).
The Cottage accommodates 8 people in 4 nicely decorated bedrooms with private bathrooms and allows you to share good moments of conviviality with friends on its terrace or in its living room (kitchen/dining room).
The hosts take great care. Thanks to them.
We loved it so much that we stayed at the Relais for 3 weeks 2 years in a row!
