Hello, I regularly eat at your restaurant and have never been disappointed. I came for lunch today (12:10 pm) and ordered grilled ham, carrots, and fries. The ham and carrots were fine, but the fries were a disaster! Dry and hard, like they were from the day before. Not very good. I hope they'll be better next time, especially at the beginning of service.
We came today; the cashier and the person in the dining room were very pleasant, as was the manager. The people in the kitchen were less friendly, and the vegetable buffet wasn't replenished. Thank you to the ice cream vendor, who was very nice.
The cashier also prepares the waffles and ice cream between transactions. There are no hygiene measures in place; they touch the food after taking payment. No gloves or hairnets are worn by the staff.
It's a shame because the food itself is very good.
