We found a haven for the little ones... excellent hamburger, great fries... friendly staff, pleasant dining room... we'll be back more often. Thank you!

Of course, the service and the food were very good.
However, we wanted to have a pleasant time, and the karaoke really ruined the experience. The music was far too loud, to the point where we couldn't hear ourselves speak at the table. I understand the concept of karaoke, but having to eat with people who sing terribly off-key is quite unpleasant.
Especially since, judging by the reactions in the dining room, only two tables seemed to genuinely enjoy it, while the rest of the customers didn't really pay any attention.

Attractive price, but what a wait… What a shame.
Not to mention the terrace tables are bolted down… what a pity.

Hello
A few weeks ago, a customer verbally abused me when I ordered my meal. I want to highlight the remarkable reaction of a Crescendo Agen employee named Nadia (I asked her name today at noon to thank her).
She reacted calmly, appropriately, and peacefully, defusing a situation that could easily have escalated into a fight, given the vehemence of the customer's words.
Thank you to her, and congratulations on her skillful handling of the situation.
Please pass on her praise; we have widely shared this experience with our friends and family.
This isn't the first time, fortunately in more typical situations, that we've witnessed the quality of your staff.
This adds to the overall quality of your service.
Thank you.

Good welcome, friendly staff, good food, but let's be clear, cafeteria food nonetheless, it's not competing with three stars, but it's also much cheaper, so that's a plus.
