Hygiene of wooden trays to be reviewed!!!! We have been coming to this cafeteria for years 5 to 6 times a year, and the observation has always been the same: the wooden trays at the entrance are in a pitiful state, often wet, dirty, damaged, split in some cases. , and most of the time, there is no more paper set to hide the misery of questionable trays... When they arrive, people see this, complain, rummage around to find a dry one, handle the trays with their hands which are not necessarily always very clean, what a spectacle! The same goes for cutlery in bulk in their bins... I have regularly kindly reported the problem to successive managers, who nod and agree but tell me that it comes from general management and that they don't have much to say... It's a shame, it gives a first deplorable image of an establishment which is completely correct in terms of quality-price and with very friendly and competent employees. I'm only removing one star because we eat much better than at McDonald's or Burger King for an equivalent price.
