Crescendo restaurant sur Orvault

We stop here every time we return to Rennes. The restaurant is very clean, the staff are friendly and welcoming, the value for money is excellent, the food is good, the vegetables are unlimited, and the homemade fries are perfect. A great place to stop before heading home.

We had lunch at the Crescendo Orvault Grand-Val restaurant. We ordered two quarter roast chickens, which were already good with the sides but were superb with the chicken jus. Absolutely perfect! 😄🍗 Congratulations to the whole team! 👌

Lack of cleanliness: the toilets, the sticky tables (not even a cloth provided after clearing the trays, if it's even done at all), the poorly maintained lids. Lack of freshness during the heatwave (a real shame). The staff are always smiling, except for one woman; she really doesn't make you feel welcome. It's a shame, I've tried this establishment several times, but nothing ever changes.

The staff and food are very good, no complaints there. There's a good selection and the staff are very friendly, especially in the kitchen. We've been coming here very frequently for over eight years. Let's talk about your restrooms, which are in a state of complete disrepair. There's a strong smell of water damage and, most importantly, absolutely no repairs to the walls. This is visible from outside the restrooms. The place is deteriorating rapidly; it's a disaster. The restroom area and the back area near the exit door really need to be addressed. It's such a shame to have such a pleasant cafeteria with such welcoming staff, but hygiene that's deteriorating like this. The cleanliness of a restaurant's restrooms is often indicative of what's happening in the kitchen. Renovations are necessary.
